I'm sure you have your ear to the ground for jobs, but here's a lead.
I ran into Remco Marcelis from Carbon Planet whom I know personally.
They need Ruby programmers. The jobs are still there on SEEK.
I mentioned that one of ours had just left.
You can put me down as a reference if you want.
